Believe it or not but white used on the lower eye is one of the latest trend spotted at Paris Fashion week.
Wearing white on the lower eye can instantly give the eyes a lift and the models at the Giambattista Valli Fall/Winter 2009-2010 show best exemplify this.
A matte white eyeshadow was applied heavily on the lower eye and to balance the look, Blue Brown Pigment and Taupe Eye Pencil were used on the upper eye and dragged outwards.
Unless you have pale skin, wearing a lot of white on the under eye can look ashy and unnatural. Dark-skinned beauties should stick to a light beige for a similar effect.
